SSAEXCL

SSAEXCL is where all the dates that Banner should exclude from scheduling classes are listed for each calendar year and part of term. These dates come directly from the Academic calendar and need to be entered on SSAEXCL in addition to SOACALD.

Enter in the Calendar year and part of term 1 then click GO

Enter in each Holiday, Flex day, and Non-Instructional Day for the calendar year.

Run COS_COPY_CAL_EXCEPTIONS to copy dates from part of term 1 to all other parts of term then go to part of term E and remove all local holidays and non-instructional days leaving only the named holidays.
