The nightly process that evaluates which student records should have a financial hold placed on them is controlled by a GTVSDAX setting. During the time the college wishes not to place financial holds on student accounts due to the pandemic, the value controlling the end term in the COVIDEND entry for the ACC_REC group would need to be extended. Following is the process to make the required change.

Start by going to the GTVSDAX screen in Banner and click the filter button in the upper right.

Enter ACC_REC COVIDEND in the group Code filter and click the Go button.

You will be taken to the COVIDEND coderecord. On this record, the External Code field holds the end term code used in the hold process. Simply enter in the new end term code for the process to use and click the SAVE button on the lower left.
