🛠 What It’s Used For

Banner allows employees to have jobs without having a primary job. Primary job is needed for reporting. This report is to catch data entry errors as they occur (Argos 🤖 Automated Emails) and historical issues.HR needs to pull reports of who is terminated/separated to keep NeoEd updated for.

Terminated/Separated

These are tabs to determine the type of report the customer wants to see.

Begin Date

Date where report will begin to query to look for missing Primary Job employees.

Employee Class

Grabs from the validation table PTRECLS so there may be codes no longer in use or never in use.

Note

If there are additional codes added to the PTRECLS table then the Argos Bot (Automated Emails) would need to be modified.

End Date

Date where report will stop the query for employees terminated/separated
