Chronjob runs every Saturday. It populates the ASTY on SIAASGN when it is empty:

That work to be completed by 11/15 annually and an email of completion will be sent to Data Steward.

We may have to eventually run this on spring semesters if there are issues with our custom XE report (related to XE01) or if we have to go to XE baseline at some point. A change to FLAC may also necessitate this.

If a section is added after 10/31-11/15 we’ll accept that deviation or correct it if appears in the error report. The expectation is that the number of late add CRNs is negligible and may not take a faculty member over the load thresholds. |
