The Supplemental Questions in CCCApply have been modified to help us fill SG19 and, if the student is a CTE student, SV09.  The same will be true from the Reg Survey once it is updated.  The federal government uses two different definitions for farmworker.  One focuses on migrant status, is applicable to VTEA, and is used in SV09.  The other focuses on "seasonal" status, is applicable to the Adult Ed Program, and is used in SG19.  In reality, a "permanent" farmworker meets the "seasonal" definition.  Instead of asking two questions on farmworker status, I defaulted to the more restrictive migrant definition.  A student meeting the migrant definition will also meet the "seasonal" definition.

Note

CCCApply Data Dictionary (Page 247) defines Seasonal Agricultural Worker less restrictive than necessary. We’ll likely May have to utilize our use CCCApply Supplemental Questions or Pre-Registration Survey survey and accept those update refresh intervals of that.
