SSAEXCL

SSAEXCL is where all the dates that Banner should exclude from scheduling classes are listed for each calendar year and part of term. These dates come directly from the Academic calendar and need to be entered on SSAEXCL in addition to SOACALD.

Enter in each Holiday, Flex day, and Non-Instructional Day for the calendar year.

Run Banner process COS_COPY_CAL_EXCEPTIONS

This process will copy dates from part of term 1 to all other parts of term.

...

Once the above process has copied the dates from part of term 1 to all other parts of term then , you need to go to part of term E and remove all local holidays and non-instructional days leaving only the named holidays. These are the only days that part of term E classes do not meet.
