“Argos 🤖” is an automated system that sends out emails to notify people about data quality issues. The purpose of these emails is to alert users to potential problems with the data they are working with, so that they can take appropriate action to resolve the issue and ensure that the data is accurate and reliable.
The emails are sent to everyone who has access to the underlying report, regardless of whether or not they need to take action. This is because it's important to ensure that everyone is aware of the potential issue and can be on the lookout for any related problems. It also allows for resiliency in fixing these issues when the primary person is out of the office. Emails are sent out daily when a data quality issue exists. In a way, news is typically good news.
However, not everyone who receives the emails will need to take action. For example, if the issue pertains to a specific department or team, only members of that department or team may need to take action, while others can safely ignore the email.
By filtering out these emails based on the subject line, users can more easily focus on the emails that require their attention, rather than being overwhelmed by emails that don't primarily pertain to them.

ℹ️ Information
Argos 🤖 is merely the automated email portion of a report. You can run the underlying report at any time.
If modifications are made to any underlying setup (think about new codes or changes to how data is grouped together) Applications would need to be informed in order to modify Argos 🤖 to be most helpful.
Argos 🤖 may send you information that verges on PII. Please do not forward emails to employees or non-employees who don’t have a business need to know.
