Well I’m not sure why it would report twice since they were definitely only awarded one degree for the AA-T Elementary Teacher Education.  The only thing that looks weird that may be why there is a problem is that they have two completed statuses in the Curricula screen. I spot checked multiple degrees and none of them have that. It looks like redacted a concentration type which was also attached to a program and it has them as both being completed.  They have the same time/date stamp of entry but I have no idea where it would have come from because we don’t enter anything in that way regarding concentrations.

It seems like any time Sequence Number 0 is used we get an MIS error (GI92 for my records).

Yes they should never have a sequence of 0. I deleted the 0 and put the info in again under the 1 sequence.
