Augmentation

Currently, this field is filled with an N for all students.  That has been the practice because we had no way to identify these students.  Now we do.  We've added a Migrant Farmworker (or child of same) question to the Supplemental Questions in CCC Apply and the plan exists to add a similar question to the VTEA Survey in Online Registration (Help Ticket 15390).  We therefore need to create a process to fill SV09.

We are not currently filling the SV09 [sic] field even though we do collect information on Migrant Worker Status in in the Supplemental Questions of CCC Apply and in the VTEA Survey conducted during registration.
