Augmentation

Currently this field is filled with an N for all students.  We should create a process to accurately fill this field.  That can be done by referencing the Veteran field in Banner and the Veteran questions in CCC Apply.

We are not currently filling the SV10 field even though we do have Veteran status information from the Veteran Services office in the vStudent file and even though that information is collected in the mainline portion of CCC Apply.  Note, many more CTE students declare themselves as Veterans in CCC Apply than receive services from the Veteran Services office.
