EDUCATION STATUS AND ENROLLMENT STATUS DO NOT AGREE

This error identifies when the SB11 - “Student Education Status” and SB15 - “Student Enrollment Status” don’t agree.

  • If SB11 is “10000” (Special Admit in K-12) or “21000” (Adult Education Special Admit), then Student Enrollment Status (SB15) must be coded as “Y” (Not Applicable/Special Admit student)

  • If SB11 is coded as having received an associate degree “7YYYY” (where YYYY = year received degree), “7XXXX” (where XXXX means the year is unknown) then Student Enrollment Status (SB15) must not be coded as 1 (First Time Student).
