STEM, SLAM:

  • SL03 - 'A' High school grades/GPA using the Statewide Default Placement Rules

ENGLISH:

  • SL03 - 'B' High school grades/GPA using local placement methodology.

It was felt that this was more technically accurate. Given that, the local placement is more liberal than the Statewide Default Placement Rules and in the spirit of AB705.

ESL:

  • SL03 - 'N' Placement not based on high school grades/GPA

STEM, SLAM, ENGLISH:

  • SL04 - 'A' Guided placement
