Explanation
From SBGUSER looks at the SBGUSER_SUDA_CODE and if it exists it is considered VTEA. My concern is there are two codes. One looks like it should be VTEA but the other looks like maybe it shouldn't be. So I don't think this should be an exists/doesn't exist issue, but should also look at a specific code. A is VTEA and N in not.
A = Accept, cert Occ Prog intent
N = Not in Occ Prog

Hey , any take on what the definition should be for a VTEA student now that Perkins has responded with how they calculate that funding?

Probably dependent on Perkins returning w/ how CTE is defined.

I would like to say yes. From the explanation, it sounds simple enough. However, I'm not very well versed on Banner or where some of these objects fields are being pulled from.
