To determine if student is in the WIOA - Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act program.

Explanation

Takes a TERM_CODE, PIDM and returns "WIOA" if the SGRRSACT.SGRSACT_ACTC_CODE is "WIOA" and "Not WIOA" if not.

Asked Student Services Dean & to allow Apprenticeship program to have screen access for maintenance of this data.
