Gets the Academic Standing of students by PIDM and TERM

Explanation

Gets the Academic Standing of students by PIDM and TERM. First it checks the SHRTTRM_CAST_CODE then it checks the SGBSTDN_CAST_CODE for overrides. If an override exists on SGBSTDN then “(Override)” gets appended to the description.
