Description

We should ingest from CCCApply>foster_youth_mis AND the priority registration screen that gives foster youth priority registration on to SVBSFYS_FOSTER_YOUTH_CDE.

RCRAPP1_Ward_Of_Court has some FAFSA level detail that may be leveraged but I think that lineage leads to the priority registration screen and thus can be ignored.
