A student registers for a course on 4/1 and then drops the course on 5/1. Then if the report is run after 5on 6/1 it will only show the dropped course on 5/1 and it will not show the course registration on 4/1. This is the case, even if the report is run using the From and To range of 3/15 - 4/15.

If the report were run on 56/21/2022 using those Registration Dates it would show 1,000 registrations for Fall 2022, but only 500 for Fall 2021. Without this context it would seem like Fall 2022 registration was up 100%.
