🛠 What It’s Used For

Identify any incorrect reporting year values based on Accounting Method (https://sequoias.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BF/pages/863305736/Banner+320+Calculation+of+Contact+Hours#Reporting-Date-Procedures). Provide what Reporting Year should be populated in order for functional or technical staff to correct the data in SSASECT SSBSECT. This will allow our local reporting to be consistent while still allowing carry-forward decisions to happen offline during the CCFS - 320 process.
