Payroll uses this report to assist in their payroll processes and make sure the numbers are what they expect them to be.

PTREARN_CASH_IND	`PTREARN.PTREARN_CASH_IND`	Indicates if the earnings are cash or non-cash earnings
PHREARN_HRS	`PHREARN.PHREARN_HRS`	The Hrs worked for that earn code
PHREARN_RATE	`PHREARN.PHREARN_RATE`	The rate at which those hrs are paid for the position and that earn code.
PHREARN_AMT	`PHREARN.PHREARN_AMT`	The Amount earned based off multiplying the Hrs and the Rate.
PHREARN_PICT_CODE	`PHREARN.PHREARN_PICT_CODE`	The Payroll Identification Code
PHREARN_PIDM	`PHREARN.PHREARN_PIDM`	The PIDMof the Employee that earned the money.

This report is built off the PHREARN and PTREARN tables in the PAYROLL schema. It comes from Oracle PROD_DB because I am told they need live data.
