Date Range

From: A starting date range of your choosing. Leave blank for any beginning date.

To: An ending date range of your choosing. Leave blank for any end date. Also leave blank if you need to find holds with a To Date of “12/31/2099”

Student ID

Manually type out a student’s banner ID (including the @ symbol) to filter by a single student ID.

Hold Code

This drop down provides some hard coded drop codes and some that are programmatically added depending on which term selection is used.

Note: If a hold code doesn’t show up in this drop down using the term value you selected, it may not exist in that term. Try changing to “All” or “Holds With No Term” in the Term drop down list.

CRN

Finds students that were enrolled in a specific CRN.

Campus -

Include “No Campus”

This checkbox allows for the report to find students who’s hold is not associated with a campus.

List

A list containing all available campuses that have holds within the given term selection. These are multi-selectable by holding CTRL and Left-Clicking the campuses you want to use.
